Had a difficult year? Haven’t LOL-ed in a long time? Maybe you’re already a LOL-athoner? Either way, YOU can finish the Great Forced LOLathon 2013.

The Great Forced LOLathon will be demanding and challenging but should be fun and enjoyable. Finishing a LOLathon is an accomplishment less than 0.001% of people in the world can say they have achieved. You could be one of them!

Use the easy-to-follow three-week training programme, downloadable here, which is guaranteed to boost your mental and physical stamina ready for the big event.

Can’t commit to the full training schedule? Don’t worry; learning just some of the basics will help you get through.
